- Morning: Travel to Sacramento, ETA at least 1 hour before first representative meeting
- Morning, cont.: Arrive at State Capitol to meet with representative’s office; depending on your individual meeting schedule, you may need to coordinate with other teams over text
- Afternoon: Travel home

- Afternoon: Aboard flight to Sacramento, all attendees stay overnight at recommended accommodation (within walking distance to Event Center)
Sunday, November 5
- 9:00 AM: Arrive at Capitol Event Center with all attendees

- Morning: Travel to Sacramento, ETA at least 1 hour before first representative meeting
